My favorite Megaman game. Megaman 4 has it all. The graphics were good at the time but the music is classic. The boss designs were great also. In this story, Dr. Cossack is the bad guy behind and evil scheme of world destruction. Or is he? The intro of this game tells you how Megaman was created from a domestic robot named Rock. And for the first time Megaman was able to charge his arm cannon, and ever since its been called the Mega Buster. This game is just so much fun.
